Dear fellow CADS,
I hope that you all enjoyed your New Year’s Eve celebrations, and wish you a healthy, happy and successful New Year. For CADS, 2013 holds out a lot of promise, with our lunch meetings currently in planning, a British Festival proposed for June 22/23rd, and a very special reason to celebrate at the next lunch on Friday 25th January.
In the Queen’s New Year Honours List our former chairman and honorary CAD 007 Michael Carn has been honoured with the O.B.E. in recognition of his long period as CADS chairman, for services to British business, culture and charity work in the Netherlands. I know you will all want to join with me in congratulating Mike on being awarded this honour, and hope that many of you will be able to attend the January lunch to do so in person.
