Monon Executive Coaching is a partnership, where we work together on what you bring to our sessions. Perhaps you just want the opportunity to ‘chew the fat’ on a current business challenge or you want to work on a development issue such as self confidence or self awareness. Maybe you are not yet quite sure what your issue is, or even whether there is an issue; but you sense that you would benefit from coaching. Together at our first session , we will agree on what you would like to focus on over the following 6-8 sessions. By reviewing your experiences and encouraging reflection, we will uncover the real you; your hidden strengths and untapped leadership potential. By overcoming any obstacles and changing behaviour patterns you will develop further as an effective and inspirational individual, and leader.
