The Economist has circulated its updated league table for 2020 of how countries perform in managing equal rights for women in the workplace. Unfortunately, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom do not shine, with 24th and 23rd place respectively, even falling behind the USA in 22nd place 🙁
All are well below the average placing for OECD member countries. It’s a 2 minute read, perfect for relaxing over a cup of coffee, then musing to yourself what you can do to improve your company’s performance. Perhaps an item for the next management meeting? Or the next board meeting?
