Excellent article from the conservative Henry Jackson Society in London. It argues for Britain to remain a leading power by arguing its position as ‘protector of Europe’. and ensuring that our leading position is recognised both during the negotiations and after we have left the EU. This is not a negative move, but a call to Europe to remotivate itself.
